It's "the most haunted house in the world, presented with multiple storylines, in multiple time periods, and for multiple RPG systems" - which includes Call of Cthulhu 7th Edition. The project involves a scenarios book, a floor tiles pack of the mansion, minies, fiction, a foreword by Ken Hite, and plenty more besides!
