I only had 2 players for our session this evening, so I ran the Call of Cthulhu one-shot 'The Dead Boarder' and adapted it slightly for RoL It went rather well I think!
What other scenarios do you think would work for RoL, with a little tweaking?
In addition to case files, has anyone tried writing unofficial sourcebooks for the rpg? I’m toying with the idea of producing something about the genius loci of the River Wye - my take on it anyway. Truth be told it’ll be more a source-pamphlet than a book!
Thanks for the welcome! Runequest is indeed on my radar and, in that glorious neverland of actually having some free time, a game I fully intend to play.
I've attached my first case file, 'Lollipop Lollipop', which I'm rather proud of. If anyone runs it, I'd love to hear your feedback 🙂
I'm currently working on my second: 'Why Was He Born So Beautiful?' - stay tuned...

Hi everyone, I’m Jon: long time CoC player and Rivers of London nut. I’m currently GMing a RoL campaign and recently completed a fan-written case file (having taken the Write Your First Adventure course during the summer) called ‘Lollipop Lollipop’.
Currently writing my second case file and also just starting a RoL game on the Play@YSDC forum (previously ran an MR James inspired CoC game there, called ‘The Provost of Eton’s Inheritance’.
It’s high time I joined this esteemed forum then!
