Yeah, I really liked what I saw. These changes, additions, tweaks to CoC make sense and seem useful in other BRP games. I like this direction much better than the 7th edition changes.

13 is called 'Kadron'. I have a vague idea about the people of the land, waiting on the maps to see what influence geography might have on culture.
-
I saw this months ago, I'm jumping in. I rolled 13.

Dark ages 2 is also up for a much more reasonable $33.95

I want this pretty bad, but not that bad.

I've had it for a week now, and I'm already planning on using the starship elements in this weeks game. It Is Awesome! haven't read the setting stuff yet, never even heard of it til now. But it looks fantastic. Great book, awesome art, very interesting premise.

Trifletraxors site here is awesome and an integral part of my BRP knowledge/news
Yes, this site is awesome. It's the only rpg site I visit daily, and the people are awesome as well. Everyone is helpful and respectful that I've interacted with. I've devoured the d/l section and I would expect if BRP was killed off (which I don't think will happen) it would live on here. I don't really play anything else. This site is home for me.

Thank you Ben. Long live BRP!!!

I'm curious what Ben might have to tell us on the Brp front.

It should be ONE system where all combined forces work together
One System to rule them ALL!!! No one could handle such power.
SunWolfe, you're right. We'll have to wait and see. And in the meantime I'll devour all these monographs I bought. lol.

I "like" RuneQuest 6, but I "LOVE" BRP, I would like to see both continue.

in this thread it says:
Christopher Helton @dorklandRunequest coming home to #Chaosium doesn't mean that games like Magic World will go away. #gencon2015
but it also says:Christopher Helton @dorklandUnfortunately BRP sales are small and doesn't make the line important for now. #gencon2015 -
They're physical beings, a person could have Nephilim blood, that needs to be "awakened". You would have the blood of one of the original Nephilim, which are fallen angels that bred with humans. Closer to their biblical origins. I haven't used them this way in game yet, but I will.

I just picked up Vul-du-loup and it has it's own, different take on Nephilim.

I'm looking forward to both of these.

I tried multiple files.
Internet Explorer tells me: "Sorry there is a problem, something went wrong, error code EX2."
Firefox tells me: "File not found, Firefox can't find the file, Check the file name for capitalization or other typing errors.
Check to see if the file was moved, renamed or deleted."

downloads not working? says firefox can't find the file. I tried a few.

I have a few, Outpost 19, BRP Mecha, Operation Ulysses, Swords of Cydoria and Mission to Epsilon. I love Outpost 19 because it's simple and based off Future World. Swords of Cydoria is an awesome, fully-loaded setting, though more fantasy/sci-fi. The others I've only read, but they also look great. But they all come from a different angle, so it depends on what kind of sci-fi you're looking for. Outpost, Opereration and Epsilon probably work well together.

Yup, it's the same thing. I did what smiorgan suggested, I got the PDF for inspiration, but never needed it to run the game, just use your BGB. I did run the cheesy scenarios in it.

I had ordered MtE from Amazon a week before Chaosium had their sale, it arrived. I did order 4 monographs the other day and Chaosium's site says awaiting shipment. They probably got bombarded with orders this week.

My issues with 7e (based off reading the quick-start) not crazy about the bonus dice, which can be optional, but I really don't like the percentile stats. I see no reason for this change and I cant get over it. With that said, I'd buy a print version of 7e (dying to actually) if it would ever come out. And who doesn't love Brits?

I kind of wish they would have done CoC 7 like WotC did D&D 5. Run all these changes by the players before they went for it. And certainly before changing everything over, wait for it to come out and get players feedback.

Should be here tomorrow.
