I just looked at the samples for the three books in the Quasar line. I suggest that you abandon the spacey black page backgrounds and go with more traditional blank page backgrounds. That will make the books less expensive to print and, therefore, less expensive to buy. Also, there are readability issues with the chosen fonts. It would be nice if the Quasar core "preview" on DTRPG was more than just a partial character sheet.
Good fortune with the publishing and thank you for doing this work!- 1

Basic, Expert, Companion, Master, Immortal
It's the series of box sets that comprised the "basic" (non-advanced) version of D&D in the 1980s.
Thank you!

What does "BECMI" stand for? (I don't do well with acronyms. There are so many of them in use.)

I agree with the others who have preceded me. Any help that can be provided to help folks connect and game would be quite valuable.

I think of the line of supporting books that Evil Hat has published in order to amplify and illustrate how FATE can be used in various genres (e.g., Horror Toolkit, System Toolkit, Adversary Toolkit, Space Toolkit, etc.). Perhaps a book that will guide someone in using BRP:UGE in the creation of their own game or campaign, sort of a BRP:UGE GM Guide.

I look forward to being able to buy a printed version of this jewel.

Mythras also offers rules for possession and exorcism in the Animism chapter. Said rules are on p.140 of the 3rd Revision (2018, ISBN: 978-0-359-12582-1) book that I have in front of me.

Hahhh, and now they've even removed my latest comment. So much for not deleting comments. It seems that Chaosium is afraid of the truth and wants to hide the whole affair. This is the worst reaction a company can have. They could have handled it so easily though. Politely answering the comments, changing the description to make sure no one has false expectations (and mentioning that they have been updated). They choose the arrogant way. I'm not sure I can be a part of this anymore.
Then please stop being a part of this. It is clearly upsetting you. Go in peace and find something less upsetting on which to spend your time.

Traveller 2300 and 2300AD are not actually Traveller. They are future follow-ups to GDW's Twilight 2000 game. 2300AD was released to both include errata and explicitly remove the implied association with Traveller.
Traveller 5 is a successor/evolution of Marc Miller's Traveller 4. Traveller 5 is the current Far Future Enterprise's version of Traveller. It is my understanding that Mongoose Traveller was supposed to be a slimmed-down edition of T5, but Miller took so long to bring T5 out that Mongoose went with an update/interpretation of Classic Traveller to make use of their license.

This will be a problem for all readers of international novels.
My advice: if it strikes you as a problem, Google it.Or watch more British TV and movies.

It is good to see signs of life. I still look forward to the revised Revolution book, but not as much as I did a few years ago. Good fortune to you and crew in the coming year(s)!

While I will probably not buy Mythic Polynesia, I will continue to buy TDM products. One mistake (and a mistake made by the authors of the book, not TDM) will not deter me from continuing to buy TDM products in general.

Cheers.
But answering you allowed me a chance to ask the question... "Has anyone had bad or good results with either Bits and Mortar or Drivethru in this regard?" and also to see if there was any Chaosium Staff opinion on my theory of buying from a FLGS with access to bit and mortar or via Drivethru actually benefitting Chasoium in spreading the word.
I have purchased a few books via my local store, after which they authorized Bits & Mortar to provide the pdf. I've never gained a pdf via B&M after buying from an online source. I never tried since I understood that B&M was created to generate business for local stores by providing a mechanism for them to share the free pdfs that were originally only available when books were purchased from the publishers' web sites.

Thanks, Bill! I was actually thinking Design Mechanism when i wrote that. Sometimes I type before being fully grounded in reality. I bought the pdf from Chaosium and look forward to buying the physical book with the discount applied.

Are they not usable as they are?

I like what I see in it. I look forward to the finished game. Well done!

I would be more willing to buy the pdf upon early release if I could then apply its cost towards the purchase of the physical book.

So that is what the Mythic Babylon book is supposed to look like. I bought a copy right after it was released and its cover is apparently botched (broad white bar across the top where the cover image was not correctly aligned). Glad to see subsequent prints are in better shape.
