  1. I was shocked he one-manned it. I fully expected the Moon-Beast to wreck his shop. As it was... shutting down the Gate so quickly... was nuts.
  2. I started off with just two players for Episode 1, although many more are expected to join us as time passes. Everything went fairly well, I had an even split of them between the folklorists and the survey team. the folklorist went on to investigate the dream gate and save the lovely young woman. I noticed that they didn't spend any time in the Library thus far. But i also didn't lead them by the nose through the scenario. Successfully Completed with both survivors. I was shocked at the ineffectual Moon-Beast I had, and the player also put Jeffries out of his misery shutting down the gate and avoiding the incident with the Lengites. He almost killed the girl though in his efforts to assist her. When I had the "other" students return they didn't notice the discrepancy at all. Perfect lead-in to episode 2.
  3. So atm I am deeply excited by this first read through of this section. I can see my players being interested in The Young from early in the piece... I am now going to order the other two Dark Young miniatures I will want for the Scenario... It's going to be great. I start with Episode 1 finally this week. Cheers, Edward.
  4. Eagerly awaiting installment five... wanting too see how many Dark Young the children summon in their rampage through the town...
  5. I finally have my hands on a physical copy of the 7th Edition keepers guide and Investigators handbook, as well as a PDF copy of the Keeper's screen. So now I am just waiting on my players to organise themselves. I think after the 15th I will start pushing to begin.
  6. I myself plan on running the time to harvest in a modern setting as well. Mostly you have to factor the differences in travel arrangements and technology. A small isolated region in the 1920's is still relatively isolated now. So a lot of the characters don't really change all that much as far as the NPC's are concerned. Some things that may change are the school disciplines some of the PC's might choose. That would be interesting to go over slowly and redevelop.
