Simple Suggestion for Movement Rates

Yep, I've seen the arguments for variable movement rates. They all make sense to a certain extent, but I have never had a problem with a fixed species movement rate and then with skills to vary it.

But, the D100 family has always been very open to customisation and house-ruling, so I would suggest that people go with whatever rules suits their games.
