I remember the "CforP" releases for past elections but never purchased any of them. I thought that they were just packets of stickers, buttons, and other 'promotional' material. Yes, it is a stand alone RPG, and was devised by 9th Level Games for Chaosium back in 2004. It's not based on BRP - it uses the so-called "beer and pretzels" game engine utilizing D6s, and characters have four stats, Vison, Toughness, Enthusiasm and Other. Hit points are expressed as Meat.
