As the person who was asking for this (specifically the 1st edition cover) last spring, let me say thank you! Now to decide between a poster and a canvas print...

+1!
Even just the book covers of all editions and supplements would make for a beautiful book!
Let's keep on dreaming...
Right there with you! Put me down for prints and an art book!

We might be able to put a nice print of the box cover, with the text, for sale on RedBubble.
Sign me up as the first sale!

The only Pendragon original art we have is a few of the simpler black and white pieces used in a few of the books.
Thanks for letting me know. It's a shame, though. I'd buy a print in a heartbeat.

IIRC, there was a posting here a while ago from either @Jeff or @Rick Meints about finding the old separations when going thru Chaosiums old HQ in Hayward, CA, along with a boatload of other arcane artifacts.

That's probably what I read. Anyway, it remains my dream to have the art as a nice framable print.

There was a thread about that cover art on the old Nocturnal Forms but I don't remember what was posted. I suspect the rights to the art reverted back tot he artist (Jody Lee) long ago and that to make any sort of print would require some new arrangement. You might be able to find it on Lee's website.
I actually emailed Jody Lee through her website about this, but never received a reply. The last update to the announcement section of her site lists an upcoming appearance in 2012, so she might not be using it much any more...

It always reminds me of the NC Wyeth's Arthurian art (here's an example). Very much the noble, idealized Arthur.

I first encountered KAP in 1985 when a friend bought the boxed set. I've always loved the cover art from that first edition. I read somewhere that the original art (or possibly the colour separations) turned up. Is there any chance of Chaosium offering a print for sale? I recall that CoC art prints were available back in the day. I had the one featuring a ghoul sitting on a headstone, to my parents' consternation.

The Arthurian Library
in Pendragon & Prince Valiant
Posted
I was looking at the Kickstarter page for "Le Morte d’Arthur and The Arthurian Concordance", a project created by the late Stewart Wieck. Part of the pitch indicates that this will be the beginning of a larger project called "The Arthurian Library". Fulfillment has been understandably delayed by Stewart's passing.
Interestingly, recent updates say that the whole Arthurian Library project has been moved to Chaosium. The last update includes this:
"The delay is being caused because Chaosium and Nocturnal Media are reworking the layout, final presentation and approach to the books in order to better have them support, compliment, and exist in the long term alongside King Arthur Pendragon."
Does this mean that The Arthurian Library will be like the old Pendragon Fiction line? I sure hope so...
