under the weapons list I see the SR, but some of the weapons have CR & MR. What are those? I can't find these anywhere.

That's the weapon's Rate of Fire. But it seems the format changed in the latest version of the rules, as it was previously either 1/SR, 1/CR or 1/xCR.

1/SR meant you could fire the weapon twice in a combat round :
-once at DEX SR
-once DEX+3 SR later

1/CR meant you could only use your weapon once, at DEX SR.

1/xCR meant you could only use your weapon once every x rounds, and prepare your action on (x-1) round prior to your attack.

Melee Round, interchangeable with CR (Combat Round) depending on the flavor of BRP.
