Kaleb7
So to clarify, when cast this spell will inflcit 1d3 damage per round for the duration of the spell? (i.e. you do not make seperate castings for each 1d3 of damage?) Thanks!

(i.e. you do not make seperate castings for each 1d3 of damage?) Thanks! Hmm - I need to think about that one. I can't remember the source of the original version, and I'm wary of the idea of a spell that for 1 magic pont could do potentially 54 points of damage... At the vey least I'd want it to require another magic point for each new 1D3 of damage (and a new resistance roll for each one as well). Cheers, Nick
Stoatbringer
Hmm - I need to think about that one. I can't remember the source of the original version, Wrack comes from the Elric! supplement Sailing on the Seas of Fate. The spell appears to be a one off cast, with no prolonged duration. The way I ran the spell in my Elric! game was as a one off casting and any more casts had to be with another MP versus MP roll. The Sorcerer spends 1 MP for a chance to do 1D3 damage to a target of his choosing. If he wants to do further damage, he must cast it again. It's essentially the old "Disruption" spell from RuneQuest. Very useful for killing rats and such. Quote Please don't contact me with Chaosium questions. I'm no longer associated with the company, and have no idea what the new management is doing.
