They have an auto-configuration tool that picks the warehouse closest to you that has your item in-stock. That warehouse will have the available shipping-options and shipping-times. I suspect there's a case full of KoK sitting in their UK warehouse right now! If the webstore doesn't have the shipping-info available, then ask for clarification from Chaosium; probably via chaosium.com, where they have customer-service (Dustin IIRC), rather than this generic forum, where staff visit as-time-permits (and AFAIK customer service visits only seldom... but I may not know correctly).
