Those were infinitely useful in my campaign. I suspect this is part of the (non-free) "GM Screen Pack." But I don't know that as a fact. There may be some PDF sheets, with some overlapping content with the GMSP, available as a free download. Also, having the PDF of the core RQG book lets you assemble your own reference-sheets in whatever manner and with whatever content you prefer...
