As far as I know, the makers of SLA Industries are currently looking into making either a revised 2nd edition of the current rules, or entirely new rules set. I suggested BRP on their forum (Cubicle 7), but have not received any answer... :ohwell:

When SLA was originally being playtested back in the late 80's/early 90's Dave (Allsop - designer of the game) used the BRP system to run his games.

BRP has a special place in many of the Cubicle 7/Nightfall hearts but I'm not sure we'd use the BRP system as the main system for a new edition of SLA. We might consider releasing as conversion for it (like many comapnies have been doing with systems such as Savage Worlds) - but that would be a while after the launch of the main 2nd Ediion of the game ... and that, in itself, is still quite a way off at present.

The Cubicle 7 Forums (and entire site) have been undergoing some changes (along with the company as a whole in the last few months). We should be getting the Forums back online in the next few weeks though.

We'll be announcing the release date of the Doctor Who RPG as soon as we know the date we announce WILL be the date people can walk into stores and buy a copy. We're on track with our current target though, so hopefully we'll be making that announcement this summer. Keep an eye on the website for futher updates
