IMG it isn't a huge deal unless it's at "first cousins" level of incest, and it similarly doesn't matter very much if a woman has a child while unmarried unless there's reason to suspect there's some major transgression involved, like an affair, the aforementioned close incest, some suspicion of possible treachery (i.e. canoodling with a Lunar officer while part of an anti-Lunar clan), etc. Or, if there is a stigma, it's a minor enough one that it would be considered a problem for the family/household itself to deal with, not something you drag before the Ring and have all and sundry discussing. Not every bit of family drama is important enough that the whole clan deserves to have a say in it. The consequences here are, at worst, some minor loss of social standing for the family depending on the (known or suspected) identity of the father, not outlawry or Chaos.

There are a number of cults which are behind many non-married children with both parents from the same clan. Yinkin and the Orlanth Adventurous aspect of Niskis, aka Tat and Tol, are probably the main culprits, driven by their cults. Eurmal has his ways, too (although in that case "clan membership" is at best probational)

There are quite a few myths about pre-marital sex in the Orlanthi array of myths. The adventures of Tat and Tol border on what the Orlanthi consider pedophilia (with the underage ones being the magical protagonists) Clans are probably better off to initiate potential Yinkini as early as possible to avoid legalistic embarrassments and divine retribution.

Yinkin also covers the mythical trope of the female seductress. Onelisin Cat Witch and her daughters were notorious. Are there any myths where Yinkin got pregnant, though? (and if not, why not?)

Eurmal is even worse.

In all these cases, the seducers will claim divine agency behind their behaviour. There may be mythical precedents accepting this divine urge and yet exacting some form of consequence on the perpetators. Being a Eurmali means facing harsh punishment. Tat and Tol may be different.
