tal
Any Chance of a Sword & Planet (also called Planetary Romance) sourcebook? Quote 141/
fmitchell
Jason Durall (?) was working on one a while back -- called Planetary Romance -- but I think he got pulled onto other projects. The old thread is around here somewhere. EDIT: Here it is, and the working title was BRP Interplanetary. Mankcam
I think Interplanetary may be on hold...the initial ETA has lapsed six years ago...not sure I would hold out for this title. It was for BRP rather than OQ I think. Sounded pretty interesting at the time. If you are after pulp Sword & Planet, then the BRP monograph Swords of Cydoria probably hits the spot: http://catalog.chaosium.com/product_info.php?products_id=6719 Well worth checking out Edited June 1, 2014 by Mankcam Quote " Sure it's fun, but it is also well known that a D20 roll and an AC is no match against a hefty swing of a D100% and a D20 Hit Location Table!" I was looking to see if there were plans/interest for something else. Quote 141/
Newt
I must admit I was tickled with the idea of doing a supplement or standalone OQ powered RPG after seeing John Carter (of Mars), but I've currently got no plans to do so. Doesn't stop any one else doing an OQ based one under the OGL Quote Head Honcho of D101 GamesPublisher of Crypts and Things/Monkey/OpenQuest/River of HeavenThe Sorcerer Under the Mountain
