André Roy
I know I'm a bit behind but I recently bought Secrets of Los Angeles, which I enjoy a lot. In Chapter 5, they refer to a map for the San Fernando Valley...which is not in the book. That's a bit of a bummer and I was wondering if this missing map had been added to the PDF or if it could be found somewhere else (net, blog, other book)? Any help would be appreciated. TheHistorian
It's not listed in the map index in the back. I'd guess that it doesn't exist. Quote 44/

It's what I'm suspecting too, but I'm an optimist and hope it was simply left out due to space constraint and is sitting somewhere in a hard drive...otherwise I'll need to figure out where those 300A to 300G (IIRC) goes. Peter Aperlo
Now I'm a bit behind, but I just stumbled upon this forum. Glad you like the book! Here is the missing map, seized from the clutches of the shoggoth that made off with it when the manuscript was on its way to the printer those many years ago... Enjoy! (And feel free to share it with whoever can use it.) SanFernandoMap.tif 2

Peter Aperlo
I also have all the stats for NPCs, monsters, and spells converted to the d20 system, if anybody is interested. I had posted them all to a website, which is now defunct.

klecser
I think it is so nifty that authors of books post on these forums. Thank you Peter!
