Like most fanzines from that era where multiple authors were involved, you'd have to get permission from all to make available online (and that's assuming there is also a single document/pdf to work with). More likely you'll see individual authors pulling together their work for a cohesive and updated package as part of a Jonstown Compendium release. That's what I've done with my content that spanned my own New Lolon Gospel, Codex, TotRM, and Enclosure #2.
