So far we dont have much information on those 2 beings shown in the Lunar Pantheon.

You can find information in the Glorantha Sourcebook p.178-9 in the Redline History of the Lunar Empire: 5th Wane. They are the children of Hon-eel and the Sun, the result of her magical duel with the Mother Reverend Mother of Horses. It's also noted in the Guide, p.314 and their joint temple is noted under the reference for Palbar, p.316. They will appear as subcults of Hon-eel in the Lunar book where Daylight provides Sunripen and Nightlight provides Darksee to their mother.

Thanks for the titbits. I hope there is more write up in the coming book than.

I doubt you'll see much, if anything, more. They are children of Hon-eel and the Sun, largely worshiped at Palbar in Oraya. As might be expected of Lunar deities, they are balanced powers of light: day/night. Daylight helps ripen the crops (Hon-eel is after all an agricultural figure) and Nightlight helps you see by night (and presumably avoid the threats of Night/Darkness/Shadow).

An open question will be what happens to them and their temple when the Pentans invade and overrun Oraya? The solar horse nomads potentially could find them acceptable (not that the horse riders do anything agricultural, but if these deities help contribute to crops that can serve as fodder or tribute, or provide other value such as spotting trolls at night), then their worship may well continue.

Hon-eel's twins share their shrines with Daylight, the child of the Most Reverend Horse Mother by Golden Bow, a deity revered by them. While the nomads may dislike Hon-eel for her role in the Night of Horrors, her divine children should be part of their pantheon, too.

More fun if the nomads argue among themselves as to the correct status of Hon-eel’s kids? Surely, someone will disapprove. Today’s enemy gods, tomorrow’s domestic demons?

Destroy icon. Restore icon. Rinse. Repeat. Dissent among the horse nomads and Hon-eel smiles.

Maximum fun if the cults of Hon-eel's kids argue among themselves while Palbar burns. Lunar Complexity!
