From a quick look at 'Cthulhu Thru The Ages' it looks like it covers how weaponry from different eras works in CoC 7E rules. That chapter covers things like archaic Armour, Shields, Hand-to-Hand Weapons, and Ranged Weapons (although only provides a small sample list for each). This could easily be elaborated on in a little more detail for use in a generic ruleset.
