  1. I voted Fantasy, or to be more precise, Glorantha. I started my group on the RQ2 borderlands campaign. We're using RQ2 as the base as I wanted to show them Old School, after previously running some HeroQuest sessions. As RQ2 is a little light on options, I have been picking out house rules from RQ3. This was beginning to become a headache, when trying to find anything to answer a query. I was contemplating doing a kind of RQ2/3 summary for my players, when I heard about the new BRP book. All the best rules from RQ, Stormbringer, CoC and Pendragon inside one cover. Absolutely brilliant! From now on, all my RQ Glorantha based games, will be based on BRP. Loving the book.
  2. If you are fluent in Spanish, here is a little gem of a game, loosely based on BRP. It is called Aquelarre, and is described as the Demonic Medieval Role Playing game. It's based on the early medieval period in the Iberian peninsula. .: Aquelarre - El Juego de Rol DemonĂaco Medieval :. I'm not sure if it is still in print, but there is a strong fan base keeping it alive.
  3. Hi all For me it all began when I got the GW 3rd edition Stormbringer book in 1987. Hence my name. I'd just played a little WHFRP before then. I then moved on to Hawkmoon, CoC, Pendragon and had a taste of AD&D (which I didn't like: too complicated too many rules). I have had a look at the MRQ stuff but feel disapointed by what I have seen. So instead I introduced RQ2 to my group and started a Boderlands campaign. My copy of BRP is on the way and I am excited about this game in a way that I haven't for a long time. Cheers for now Damon
