As far as I know, Chaosium also has a printer in Lithuania, for recent Cthulhu books and next RQG The Smoking Ruin & Other Stories for example.
Anyway, China or not, to have a lot of color art in the books cost a lot (to pay drawers), most of all given the low volume, as well as storing the books for years...

Also, all the winners of the Waha compact eat the losers on a regular basis, so why not the Morokanths?
They are, on each holy day. So, weekly.
Outside those obligations, they stay herbivores.- 1

7. Morokanths are definitely flesh eaters.
Well, as everyone (on Glorantha) believe they are, and as it is not because they usually have a vegetarian diet that they are not flesh eaters, the point seems a bit moot / trivial, no?
I agree with David Scott PoV that is is way more fun for Morokanth to no like meat! -

Wyrms Footnotes
Issue No.3, page 26
"Goblins" are listed amongst the Elemental spirits, along with Salamanders and Undines.
???
Outside RPG scope, goblins are traditionally considered as earth elementals.
Ex:

WF#3 has been published in 77, and at the time, D&D goblins were not popular yet... -

Sure, but will you risk using it in combat in order to gain experience with it ?
Well, I have had countless players switching weapons for their adventurer as soon as a success check was made, even in a middle of a fight, so 😁 ...

Well, I've nothing against house rules but in my games:
. PCs start LHW with 05%
. LHW instructors are spare, and expensives
. NPCs are using projectile weapons
. Resurrection does not come in free multiple access, except if requested in service to community, or important people
=> so shields are happily used by players instead of two weapons...- 1

I thought the rules said that, by default, you could use your off-hand weapon using half your main hand skill.
Am I wrong ?
Yes. You are.
The rules (page 225) are actually saying the opposite:Quote.Every adventurer is assumed to be right-handed, unless otherwise determined by the player during adventurer creation.
Use of a weapon in the “off ” hand must be started at 05%, with the usual addition or subtraction for their Manipulation skills category modifier
Also, an adventurer’s DEX must be at least 1.5 times the minimum DEX needed to use the weapon (always round up) before they may use it off-handed.
.To learn how to use a weapon left-handed means finding an instructor (gamemaster’s discretion on how difficult this is at any time).
.The player must keep track of the individual weapon expertise of the adventurer with each weapon as used in each hand. Training or experience in using a weapon left-handed does not help the right-handed attack or parry with the same weapon, except that the half effectiveness rule applies. For example, use of a dagger left-handed, allows the adventurer to use it right-handed at half the left-handed ability. So, some people want to ignore that the half effectiveness rule applies from left hand ability to right hand ability, not the other way (other way = you start at 05% LH as written) but it is then a house rule, nothing more.

It’s up to your gamemaster but I would say absolutely not.
Learning to do something in your “off” hand isn’t simply making similar movements with something slightly different in your hand, it’s writing all new motions and habits, which is a lot more difficult.
Think of it as the difference between switching from cursive to printing to calligraphy (same group) vs trying to write with your left hand.

City being build around a big open air temple, I guess you can cram a lot of small temples around it!
(see S:KoH p. 240 for plan) -
Well, everyone do not have the same priorities. Sometimes, s**t happens and you have to deal with it.
For my side, I prefer a late quality product, and delivered, to a non existant product because of too strict rules. -
It has been announced several times that David Millians is in charge of first Kralorela sourcebook, with Godunya cult description and new Draconic Mysticism rules in it, all around Lur Nop port area.
QuoteLur Nop (large city): This city in Wanzow is the only port of Kralorela which is open to foreign shipping. Traders from Vormain, the East Isles, Teshnos, Teleos, and the Holy Country meet here. Each barbarian nation has its own enclave, carefully overseen by the mandarins. Near the city is the Thousand Dragon Cliff, renowned for its numerous draconic images which have been carved out of the rock since before the Dawn.

Well, Nochet is worthy of its own book I would say. Then, another separate Esrolia book will be nicely appreciated!

Remembering that a lot of people are very reluctant to pay "too much" for a non official pdf. Or even for an official one...

Hum, for B&W books, I'm not sure HQ pdf are really needed. Lulu printing is not HQ anyway: useful and enough to play, but definitively not HQ...

On a side note, the RuneQuest Bestiary mentions a slew of other Umbroli with interesting abilities (Knifewind, Breathtaker etc) . However the Windhags, pale maidens, bridgekeepers and well spirits are given no descriptions beyond their names.
Look here for Windhags, pale maidens, bridgekeepers and well spirits descriptions (still not fixed in Bestiary pdf by the way...) :
