Queen Leika and the Rune of illusion

Strangely enough the fact that in the stats of Queen Leika in the Gamemasters screen pack she has a very high illusion rune is going to be important to the actions of one of my PC’s. Checking her history and the magic she wields it’s not obvious to me why she such as high illusion rune. 
 

I was wondering if this was meant to be a cue for role playing her personality or if there was another reason.

Huh, I hadn't noticed that. Interesting! I'm sure it is an RP thing, she obviously has some deception in her! Probably her Taraling upbringing, the bastards! 🙂

Maybe she needed it to hide from Kangharl and the Lunars?  Maybe she went on the Scarf of Mist quest to gain such powers?  It does suggest that she keeps things hidden, that she is deceptive like the winds themselves.

It's also a performance enhancing rune, so good for acting, bluffing, etc. I use it as an inherent form of the Charisma spell - she's not quite what she seems to be.
