Triff
Just had a little shopping spree and bought MRQ2, HQ2 and OQ(2?). Startet to look through the pdfs now, and I must say that my first impression of OpenQuest is very good. Only read the first 15 pages or so by now, but it looks like Newt and the gang has done some excellent work on this one! SGL.
GianniVacca
I agree. OQ is certainly a good candidate for playing in Glorantha with a recent game that still manages to retain the feel of older RQ incarnations. danbuter
I got my copy today in the mail. Cool book. I'm conflicted on using MRQII or OpenQuest the next time I fantasy game, as I think both games are great.

I would suggest: MRQII for a game set in GloranthaOpenQuest for a game that is not set in Glorantha Quote 「天朝大國」,https://rpggeek.com/rpgitem/92874/celestial-empire 很有意思: http://celestialempire.blogspot.com/
Newt
Thanks for the kind words guys Savage North is out for OpenQuest, and I'm working on the next adventure/setting book Life and Death, which I'm hoping will be available at Continuum. Talking of which, as well as copious numbers of games of OpenQuest (and The Company and River of Heaven) we'll be holding a OpenQuest panel, entitled "OpenQuest for the WIN!" on Saturday night at 9pm. As well as a general intro to the system and books in the line, there's going to be a few surprises unveiled Quote Head Honcho of D101 GamesPublisher of Crypts and Things/Monkey/OpenQuest/River of HeavenThe Sorcerer Under the Mountain
