Who has had this sort of wound inflicted upon them and what are the details. Is it like seal would but keeps bleeding or something?

Maybe similar to a relentless pain spirit?

Assuming blood of Arroin could heal it?

That was part of what was in my mind (think anyone with chronic pain).
