Bahntah
If I wanted to put together a noncommercial publication with a mix of lore and rules, in the spirit of classic Glorantha/Runequest/Heroquest fanzines, would that be allowed under the Fan Material Policy? I'm not sure how to interpret "campaign journals, play-by-post or play-by-email games, internet discussion groups, or your own blog or website." under item 2. Patreons for upholding digital infrastructure would be allowable as long as the content doesn't hide behind its paywall (except maybe as pre-releases)?
