Iirc it's rules for magician characters and other such magical stuff. SilverSeraph Posted February 1, 2020 Share Posted February 1, 2020 This would look really cool if the gold parts (feather, wands, leaves, crown, etc) had a shiny gold foil leaf effect. It would give it kind of an illuminated manuscript look. In fact, I really hope Chaosium puts out some works in the Pendragon line, whether it be fiction or game books, that have a historical illuminated manuscript look to them.
