redmoongoddess 66
Asking because as far as I can tell, there hasn't been any news about this lately, with most of the focus going towards the Runequest side of things. Is this still an book in progress, or is it on hold while other projects take priority at the moment?
lordabdul 1,516
AFAICT Jeff said that there were no books planned for HeroQuest: Glorantha. I assume all of the HeroQuest resources are allocated to QuestWorlds at the moment.
redmoongoddess 66
Right, assume that the thread said "Questworlds" instead, I guess.
redmoongoddess 66
Paging Dr. @Ian Cooper...
Ian Cooper 1,125
It's something I would like to do, at some point. But realistically we have to increase the market share for QuestWorlds/HeroQuest. PS It's not true to say there are no books planned for HeroQuest Gorantha, at least one is very close to completion. 5

That's very good news. Given the quality of the previous releases, it would be a shame to see the line perish. So then how about a QuestWorlds Fonrit? 🙂

I'm guessing it's the book that Ian has talked about before as being the "offstage" material from The Eleven Lights, like the Dragonrise itself.

Apologies, I might have misunderstood what Jeff said in the live Q&A then? Maybe he meant "no planned HeroQuest Glorantha book" as in: no planned new version of the main book. Sorry for not replying to this until well after a month...but I need something to be clarified, was the Fronrit thing something that was "going to happen" that is now "we don't know if we'll do it or not"? Or was it always the later?
