We wait until we have the printed copies in all three fulfilment warehouses - Australia, USA, UK (that's generally the order in which they arrive, BTW). And the printed version of Shadows Over Stillwater arrived in our UK warehouse in the last day or so - just in time to rush some copies up to Birmingham for UK Games Expo.
