  1. File was broken during website transfer. Fixed now. Happy gaming!
  2. Oh my goodness. I apologize. Indeed those are BRP. Please ignore my game family surfing...
  3. Reguardless of how many weapons a character carries he or she is allowed 1 attack per round. Once the skill in both weapons exceeds 99% you can split the attacks by 50% each. Attacking once each per round with dex rank difference. When a skill reaches 160% in one hand it can be split into equal parts of the half. So if your character has a sword with 160% and a dagger at 100% he can make 2 attacks with sword at 40% each and an attack with dagger at 50%. (Keeping in mind dex ranks) --or-- 1 attack with sword at 80% and one attack with Dagger at 50%. I've noticed house rules where each hands weapon skill is developed separately allowing the player to attack with each in a round BUT not being able to parry or Dodge in the same round. Guess it just depends on your play style. The primary purpose for an off hand weapon is for riposte attacks and parries (And having a ready weapon if one breaks) Not for a second attack.
  4. Anything to sneak a plug in, huh Rod? Just kidding. You Rock!
  5. Starting to get some sketches from my artist, who is graciously illustrating for free, and they are really good! Getting excited!
  6. I've been thinking about putting the "Artifice" part of this book on hold. Ben has mentioned a chapter of the Chronicler Companion that discusses what a spell caster might charge for a spell and I'd hate to contradict core material...wish I had a clue about release date though...if it's gonna be a year....more?
  7. Thanks for taking the time to throw your opinion. I was very curious about this since a discussion about my Manual of Monsters II because I only put the average scores for characteristics instead of ranges. Averages are all I usually use as well...
  8. Totally jealous of your Kraken adventure BTW...
  9. Making excellent progress on the Alchemy half of this project! This is much more fun than converting Monsters! LOL
  10. This is my thinking as well. I typically add or subtract a few points here and there for random factor but That's about it.
  11. Ah okay. It just doesn't seem to like images stored on DropBox. Photobucket works fine.
  12. I've been trying to do this as well using the IMG command, with no luck. Example: Any hints would rock!
  13. Rock n Roll! Trifletraxor has posted MMII in downloads section for your use!
  14. Have to admit I was shocked by this. Sad.
  15. As I am just getting started on this, (I'm only in the herb/mineral labeling and properties phase) I'd gladly take preferences under advisement...
  16. This is exactly how the "Simple" method will probably work. I'm listing all of the herbs, minerals, ores, ect for the peeps who want complex and labeling each by rare, common, uncommon so the recipes will be similar to: 1 dram Belladonna 2 drams clear water 1 dram Wolfsbane ---OR--- 1 common herb 1 uncommon herb Water
  17. My next project is going to be a book detailing rules for alchemy and making magic items. The idea is to add a new occupation, "The Alchemist " (and perhaps "The Tinkerer" ) and set a standard for pricing as far as making items that hold sorcery spells, and the more mundane items made without actual magic but with the magical properties stored within all plants, herbs, minerals, ores, and gemstones. The old Bards Games "Compleat Alchemist" is the baseline inspiration for this work but I've purchased a couple of complex books on ancient herbal remedies and folk lore alchemy to guide me and add details not previously available. In the spirit of "Keep It Simple Stupid " I'll include a much easier method of using this work as well, utilizing methods more familiar, from previously published materials. I've even found a dedicated artist to render some custom illustrations! (won't say who until he says it's okay, but he can chime in or post examples if he likes.) I've only just begun writing this up and I plan on taking about 2 or 3 months to complete it, but I'm very excited to bring this to your campaigns if you find a need!
  18. My own group is very into dungeon crawling right now so I get ya. There is NO LACK of weird critters in Manual II! Re-reading all of these descriptions after so many years has inspired a lot of neat ideas for my campaign and possibly a couple new Side-Treks for the Downloads section...
  19. Magic World has all of my outstanding materials supporting it! Just kidding. Do NOT base your choice on my submissions! LOL.
  20. Any way we could get the upload limit raised to say double? Lol. I'd bother you a WHOLE lot less
  21. Wonderful! I'd hoped someone besides me had a use for these!
  22. Alrighty then, all done (I hope). The file is too large for me to upload to the downloads section but I've sent it to Trifletraxor so Im sure he will upload it soon! Hope it's useful to you good people!
  23. Open CSViewer, Click New Character Sheet, Click Magic World. Hope that helps!
  24. I've been able to get a lot done last couple of days. Done with art and about 1/2 way through proof reading. Another day or two at most!
