Cults of Cthulhu: Corrections Thread

With the release of Cults of Cthulhu in PDF, this thread is to catch any typos or errors spotted. Please note them here, quoting the page number, the error, and the suggested correction. We have a couple of weeks' window to catch errors before going to print. If corrections come in later than this, we will correct the PDF file and the print file for reprints.

1) There appears to be missing art on page 8.

2) Deity is spelled incorrectly on the Cult form on page 151, 153, 155, and 362.

There is a problem with the cover that I can't reproduce on my desktop.

On my iPad, the logo looks partially obscured and is in a different location, but on my desktop it looks fine.
