I posted this on the  Design Mechanism as well.

Next weekend at Time gate con I'm running two LutherArkwright 5hr sessions. Due to the main focus of the convention being Doctor Who he will play a significant part in the game session. What I'm wondering what are appropriate stats and skill levels for Doctor Who? I am planning on using the fourth Dr.

Actually, no reason why the wider community can't have these.

These characters were created for GenCon 2015 and have seen service in a few games since. They're very tongue in cheek, highly unbalanced (in every sense of the word) and been great fun. Use and abuse them as you wish.

Great work! I like what how you handled both the Sonic Screwdriver, and Regeneration... nicely done.

Just as a recap Time Gate Con went well ended up selling both my copies of both My Coppys of LutherArkwright and Two RuneQuest 6 books as the players didn't want to wait and just order one. So had to rebuy two more copies of LutherArkwright. So I'd say they enjoyed it. As they had accomplished there main mission and we're making a mad dash back to the tardis someone tripped and fell. Winch set up a situation that if they failed the next roll it have to be behind on a imploding planet. People were holding there  breath at the end. I think is the most tension of ever had a gaming session. Where the players actually start cheering at the end lots of fun.
