It's an RQ scenario by Dave Morris and Oliver Johnson, which they originally wrote as part of the Questworld pack they developed for Games Workshop. Of course that never saw the light of day, although some of it ended up being repurposed as Dragon Warriors material. Anyway Dave just published this on his blog, complete with RQ 2 stats.
