MOB
Fantasy/Sci Fi author Kate Elliott (Crown of Stars, Court of Fives) recently tweeted this, adding, "the boots, the jeans, and the tank top I was wearing are all clearly rendered in the painting, lol". https://twitter.com/KateElliottSFF/status/910393249944104961It's an awesome cover, by Jody Lee—she also painted the splendid cover of Pendragon 1st Ed.
groovyclam
The cover to Pendragon 1st Edition is the best it has ever had.

simonh
I always like the cover of the King Arthur Companion, also a Jody Lee. I’d wanted a copy for years and never though I’d be lucky enough, but then I found one on Abebooks for just a few quid. Beornvig
The 3rd edition rules box was the first RQ product I ever bought, love that cover!
Pentallion
I still have the miniature set. Painted the two of them to match the picture exactly.
Sunwolfe
When I first saw it, they jumped off the rack crying out, "This is the game for you!" Awesome. Though I love the female hoplite/slargr combat of RQ editions, for me, this illo struck right at the heart of what I wanted out of an RPG. simonh
They look like real people ready to fight for their lives, rather than people in a costume party at an animatronic theme park. 3 Quote Check out the Runequest Glorantha Wiki for RQ links and resources.
