Jim Rickel
I don't have a lot of Runequest material yet. I just added the Bestiary to my collection. Is there a source that documents buildings of the bronze age? I am pretty clueless to the history and was looking for resources. I found the link below. https://www.pinterest.com/pin/haus--129478558010940222/ 2
Brian Duguid
This isn't quite what you've asked for but it might help for more urban dwellings - there are two supplements from Jonstown Compendium which are based explicitly on real archaeological floorplans: Rubble Redux: Insula of the Waning Moon and Rubble Redux: Insula of the Rising Sun. Citizens of the Lunar Empire is another one with floorplans, elevations etc, although I don't know if it is also based on archaeological research. @Chris Gidlow could perhaps comment. 1 Quote -- An Unofficial Buyer's Guide to RuneQuest and Glorantha lists everything currently available for the game and setting, across 60 pages. "Lavishly illustrated throughout, festooned with hyperlinks" - Nick Brooke. The Voralans presents Glorantha's magical mushroom humanoids, the black elves. "A wonderful blend of researched detail and Glorantha crazy" - Austin Conrad. The Children of Hykim documents Glorantha's shape-changing totemic animal people, the Hsunchen. "Stunning depictions of shamanistic totem-animal people, really evocative" - Philip H.

The bad news is that the recent editions are enormously expensive, but the good news is that it's fairly easy to find editions in libraries, and if you're focusing on the ancient Near East/Mediterranean, older editions are fairly useful. 2 1 Quote "And I am pretty tired of all this fuss about rfevealign that many worshippers of a minor goddess might be lesbians." -Greg Stafford, April 11, 2007 "I just read an article in The Economist by a guy who was riding around with the Sartar rebels, I mean Taliban," -Greg Stafford, January 7th, 2010 Eight Arms and the Mask

Nick Brooke
The Corn Dolls by Jonathan Webb has half a dozen beautifully-drawn and -mapped farmsteads based on Bronze and Iron Age examples. svensson
For a couple of non-Chaosium sources, allow me to suggest two books that have helped my game: 1. Osprey Publishing's Fortress series, especially the following titles -- # 98 Fortresses of Ancient Egypt -- # 91 Fortifications of Ancient Judah and Israel -- # 90 Greek Fortifications of Asia Minor -- # 40 Ancient Greek Fortifications -- # 22 Mycenean Citadels 2. City: A Story of Roman Planning and Contruction by Dave MacCaulay
Nick Brooke
The Ancient City by Peter Connolly was one of our references for Citizens of the Lunar Empire: it covers classical Athens and Rome. He also illustrated various Mycenean-era strongholds in The Legend of Odysseus, which is VERY Bronze Age. (Obligatory mention: three more of Peter Connolly's books covering Greeks, Romans and Carthaginians are in the Bibliography at the back of RuneQuest Classic - he's been with us on every step of this journey through Glorantha) 4 Quote Community Ambassador - Jonstown Compendium, Chaosium, Inc.
