    So circumstances have enforced an extended hiatus from gaming but I still have that itch to scratch so... Can anybody recommend any good HeroQuest (preferably Glorantha) actual plays I can read or watch? With HQ I'd especially like stuff that has a bit of rules explanations.

    I toyed with using classic fantasy as my groups gateway to Mythras but decided to big plunge instead. Prior to my enforced hiatus from gaming that is That said I can genuinely see just going Classic in its own right, it's got such a great feel just reading it that you can totally see it becoming your game of choice.

    It is good I also own it I just think HQ is better but my friend is a little in love with it lol

    I bought it and HeroQuest at the same time then shelved them as something shiny distracted me wasnt till HQ:G that I came back to take a second look. I really like Nameless Streets but the entire HQ series is way to narrative (as you'd expect) for the group I play with. Which is a shame as I'd rather play Nameless Streets than the Dresden files game one of my group loves.

    I believe it was HQ2. It was one of my spontaneous purchases that never got the time it deserved.

    How much overlap with the Glorantha sourcebook will the Cults books have?

    So I own the book and think it's a great supplement purely in It's own right but in the spirit of discussion I'd like to know your top three reasons for running this over a core Mythras game. Purely positive if you don't find it to your taste that's fine but I'm all about the reason to run it.

    For now just to read. I had a Mythras game set to go but real life has forced my gaming into hiatus. After the Mythras one and with RQG hopefully released I was looking to getting to start a game in Glorantha.

    So I've got King of Sartar and the Guide to Glorantha. Planning to get the Glorantha sourcebook but what else does one need for a complete collection of Glorantha lore? I'm a crazy collector lol
