While sorting through Glorantha.com and moving the archives to https://wellofdaliath.chaosium.com I've come across some forgotten treasures

https://wellofdaliath.chaosium.com/home/websites/moondesign-com/jeffs-old-blogs/greater-lunar-empire/

Since this article was put up, we now have the original White Bear Red Moon Maps, which I've added.

I'm getting a 403 Forbidden error on this one. Clearly have to pass the secret guardians to get to it! 😉

It's already there embedded in the website. Looks like the CMS doesn't support direct links to auxiliary files in a browser window.

The map shows just fine when called by right-click from the website.

Telling how it is excessive verbis

Hey, there's some veeeery interesting text attached.

It has direct bearing on ancient Chaosium meta-Glorantha lore (to wit, the origin of the name "Corflu")...

Nice theory Peter but Greg’s original Prax map specifically mentions Corflu with the following: “(Note – Corflu is on a dry (non-marsh) island).” The only bit of correction fluid on the map is in the Eiritha Hills south of Agape.
Loving the Lunar map though. It’s always cool to see cartography from an inhabitants’ sewed perspective.

Does anyone know of this "original Prax map" ?

IS it the "original?"

etc...

Since that post, we now have the original map, that we didn’t have access to back then. However I suspect that there were a number of versions and redraws historically. @Jeff do you have the “Corfu” version.

Yes.

Yes.

To be sure I understand -- you have a map where the only label on the city itself appears to be a call to correct things via "corflu"?

So the material referenced by "Colin Driver" is, in fact, a later map where "Corflu" (as a port city) has become canonical?

Try https://wellofdaliath.chaosium.com/home/websites/moondesign-com/jeffs-old-blogs/greater-lunar-empire/ for the article, but I can't find the map anywhere.
