Alepthar Games handles only the book+pdf bundles, which we have not offered (yet) for Merrie England. The late arrival of the pre-order copies may be due to the fact that you live in the US and the books are printed in the US, but the pre-orders copies are sent from the UK (so they cross the Atlantic twice - the environment is grateful to us). Or to the fact that Cubicle Seven co-founder left the company on friday and they have still to recover. You will have your book, though, do not worry.
