  1. In response to the two comments above the bestiary said it was a feature they had
  2. so the Bestiary states the ogres innate chaotic taint wont give them away when joining non chaos cults. does this extend to A stormbulls sense chaos?
  3. thank you cant wait for that cult book will allow a whole lot of fun
  4. so my players are going to be coming up against a Krarsht cultist and I have to ask what runespells do you guys think are the most likely for Krarsht to have access too.
  5. I imagine gustbran cultist would have access to heat metal spell so any place with a forge is liable to be able to utalize molten metal in general
  6. Even if it wasn't common in the real world considering the existence of the heat metal spell I could see it being used in glorantha
  7. Bloody tusk is an earth cult? I know pigs are associated with earth but what are the other connections?
  8. I can think of an explanation as to why the praxians wouldn't use them to herd. Praxians herd beasts really don't like dogs/predators and either get to stressed out by there presence or the beasts kill them on sight.
  9. Would green, brown, or yellow elves view each other as the same species?
  10. I personally been assuming rattles for orlanthi cultures as an imitation of a storm Though flutes also make sense. Drums for praxians to imitate the hoof beats of herd beasts.
  11. Isn't babs more of a vengeance and protection goddess this may be why. Or babs isn't a true war god. Maybe the true earth war god was killed at generts garden or just not well known. Just justify why babs might not have true weapon.. what g33k said I didn't see their post until after I made mine.
  12. so the Role playing in Glorantha book states on pg 354 "As the Horned Man departs, he gifts the shaman a drum. (The drum is a typical gift, but each culture may have its own symbols: rattle, headdress, statues, etc.)" so i have to ask what is the shamanic symbol of the different cultures of glorantha.
  13. I imagine you would if you need to slay something you can't get close with so you enchant a javelin or arrow to kill it quickly and at range
  14. In the game six ages an event you get is the spirit of your clans pottery kiln is upset so if pottery kilns can have spirits I can see a shaman having a place in cities

    Asrelia

Don't miner's also worship he. Is it only lay membership? Are male miners allowed to join the cult? Or is it a propritary worship?
  16. So you can with summon specific ancestor but what about summon ancestor. Could it still be from that far back.
  17. How far back can you summon an ancestor could you summon an ancestor from the dawn or even before time?

    Asrelia

So I thought all woman who became old in orlanthi society transferred to the asrelia. Considering the rather big requirement to join as an initiate do they just become lay members?
  19. There were no losers only different prizes. Personally for my glorantha every tribe and herd beast cheated to get the results they wanted nobody lost
  20. Humakt had to have had presence at the very least in the past since yanafal tarnils worshiped humakt.
  21. Would make sense. I don't know much about Kazkurtim but could he represent an emperor without an empire, Because didn't he reign during the great darkness?
  22. Do they have any water worshiper? If not this will probably be entertaining.
  23. More like you hunt the bear before the bear hunts you
  24. Yes but as a bear he is also a hunter
