    There's a Mostali walking drinks dispenser in my Prax game. A little copper man that vents steam and gives up drams of firewater from his finger. My players broke it.

    I shall try and pay for my 2 pt strength training in Pavis with a herd of 20 meat Bison next time I'm there, should work until I try and drive them up stairs into the training room.

    I must admit I am a bit tired of seeing the same old art appearing in new Gloranthan books.

    I reckon there is a fair bit of recycling going on in New Pavis, with old timbers and masonry taken from the Rubble. Plenty of cypress and other trees in the Zola Fel valley that can be used.

    I'd just get rid of the central courtyard and have the square inside a square wall, encompassing an outer courtyard. I'm a fan of the old traditional Tibetan houses.

    That's how I see them. I don't see the point of trying to justify guilds with examples from our own world. Guilds in my Pavis are just that, small groups of people/family banding together to share supplies, skills and revenue and perhaps cheating the tax man in some small way. Making money by teaching their skills and taking on apprentices. Not some sprawling trade group that spans countries.

    We posted at the same time. I have exactly the same problems. It would suit a drier climate. Drainage and snow is just going destroy that place.

    I think Apple Lane should remain as is, an odd quirky place, and a memento of the Old Glorantha which was never wrong/bad or inaccurate but fun. It's where all the lost socks go. Your Game may vary but is wrong cos it ain't mine.
