  1. I don´t want to change the colours of the dots. Red dots = RQG Blue dots = RQ 1-3 Green dots = HQ I changed the light grey numbers of the adventures in "The Smoking Ruins" to light blue, so that they are not look to similar to the white numbers of the "The Pegasus Plateau" adventures.
  2. Corrected the "Arrows of War" (dot 5) location on the JC-map. Thanks to Nick Brooke for pointing it out!
  3. Added one Adventure Location to Map I --> The Location of "The Whispering Ruins", which was published in the Dragonmeet 2019 brochure.
  4. "RuneQuest - Roleplaying in Glorantha" Rulebook + "The Glorantha Sourcebook" should be enough to dive into Glorantha. Do yourself a favour and make it the "RuneQuest Glorantha" Slipcase - with the Rulebook, the Glorantha Bestiary and the GM Resources and Adventure Pak (which is called GM Screen Pak, but contains so much more)- PLUS "The Glorantha Sourcebook".
  5. And there is TRADETALK # 10 and # 11... still available via DrivethruRPG...
  6. Another idea how to use these four maps: If you want to write an adventure (for JC?) either --> a) Have a look where other adventures are located, and reuse some of the themes, NPCs, etc. to make your adventure more interlinked with stuff that is already out there. b) Have a look where other adventures are located, and build an adventure around a place that wasn´t used before in official publications, and making it stand out by that choice. It works BOTH ways. :-)
  7. With four maps up now i see a pattern: RQ1 to 3 was mostly about the River of Cradles region (1614-1622). HQ to HQG was/is mostly about Sartar (1618-1625). RQG is now takiing over Sartar from HQ, but moves it forward (1625-...).
  8. A fourth map with the locations of all official HeroWars, HQ1, HQ2 and HQG adventures has been added. Again: NO, i will not merge this with the other maps. I have no clue if i will make a "fan publication map". A lot of stuff published by fans is "off the map", and a lot of stuff has been published so close to each other that you wouldn´t be able to see anything on the map.
  9. And it shows that we actually have almost NOTHING set in Prax! PraxPak when? That started with HeroQuest (HeroWars adventures had no real locations, only "at your clan, somewhere in Sartar"). HW/HQ Adventure Location map to follow...
  10. A third map with the locations of all official RQ2 and RQ3 adventures has been added. NO, i will not merge this with the RQG/JC maps.
  11. My classic RQ games tend to start in late 1614 earliest (after the dust of Starbrows Rebellion begins to settled) and 1619 (a few short yeatrs before the cradle incident of 1621) at the lastest. My current game is set in 1619. If i start another group i will begin in 1625, starting with the season before the Dragonrise.
  12. I would love to see these two adventures updated to 7th edition, and republished (by Chaosium?) for Pulp Cthulhu.
  13. The "Gamemaster Adventures" book in the GM Screen Pack is 128 pages. Will a reprint get a hardcover treatment (i hope it will... i will buy it again)?
  14. The colours of the numbers differ: Black = JC
  15. I merged the maps of the official RQG adventures and the map of the JC adventures, so that you can make out easily which adventures of the official line are located near to the JC ones.
  16. Added "Six Seasons in Sartar" to th JC map.
  17. And as i saied A Critical is always also a Special.
  18. A crit is also a special, always! Each crit is also a special, but not all specials are crits.
  19. My assumption was: 99% 1-5 Crit 6-20 Special 21-95 Success 96-99 Fail 100 Fumble 1M% 1 Success/Special/Crit = Crit 2-99 Fail = Success 100 Fumble = Fail 20M% 1 Crit = Crit 2-4 Special = Crit 5-20 Success = Special 21-99 Fail = Success 100 Fumble = Fail
  20. I am not a mathematican, and our group has no problems with these skill levens, since noone has skills over 100% (yet), except when using augments. Maybe we should adapt the rules about masteries from HeroQuest? Instead of 95% 100% 105% It would be 95% 100% 5M% For instance: a 150% attack Humakti is fighting a 90% attack Yelmalian In RQG RAW it would become 100% Humakti vs 40% Yelmalian If we adapt the HQ rule it would be 50M% vs 90% The M means: No fumbles possible, a fail becomes a success, a success becomes a crit, a crit is still a crit
  21. Inspired by the map in "The Pegasus Plateau", and with the kind permission of Chaosium Inc., i made my own "Adventure Locations" maps. Map I. Adventure Locations in official RQG publications: Map II. Adventure Locations in Jonstown Compendium publications: Map III. Adventure Locations in official RuneQuest 2 and RuneQuest 3 publications (medium blue = RQ2 / dark blue = new in RQ3): Map IV. Adventure Locations in official HeroWars, HeroQuest, HeroQuest 2 and HeroQuest Glorantha publications (medium green = HW/HQ1 / light green = HQ2 / dark green = HQG):
  22. And "The Grove of Green Rock" comes mostly from RQ3 "Elder Secrets" box, and i assume was written by Greg.
  23. Diana Probst & Dom Twist doesn´t get mentioned as authors on the credits page (nor the cover).
