  1. Make sure you check out the Upcoming Glorantha Publications thread in the Glorantha forum. Several of the books in there are for HQ, as Ian said above.
  2. "Reveling" is correct for US usage. "Revelling" is British English usage.
  3. Yes, thanks Ian, we can see that you're trying to help. And the whole point of this thread was for "us", the community, to try and help pull this together too. I take your point about re-flowing text in InDesign, but even if that is put onto the "to-do" list, producing a separate downloadable PDF with errata would be pretty straightforward, once the items can be agreed.
  4. To be fair, though, point 1 is why I suggested that an older thread on this subject be re-done as it has been now, i.e. to contain only rules-related issues and not just typos. So I believe we've addressed that. And for point 2 it would be possible to fix the PDF copy relatively easily, it doesn't need to wait for a new print run for this issue to be addressed. But I of course take your point 4.
  5. Bit annoying that you can't see any details without signing up for Warhorn. Or am I looking in the wrong place?
  6. Edit - apologies, I later found out that I posted the wrong page here, see further on for the corrrect new page! http://www.princeofsartar.com/comic/88-the-cradles-defenses/
  7. Copies/slipcases available at Dragonmeet in December, perhaps?
  8. While this is some way off the original target, I applaud the approach being taken here - get it right rather than just rush it out for an arbitrary deadline, and release it with plenty of campaign/adventure material at the same time. Great stuff, guys.
  9. Also, Amazon don't seem that bothered about making a profit.

  11. An update on the follow-on game to King of Dragon Pass - Six Ages progress update.
  12. David, if through this thread you're attempting to make us want your upcoming Prax book even more, then your evil plan is working ...

    Battles

In the "Quo Vadis, Chaosium" talk at The Kraken recently, (at around 35min 40 secs) Jeff Richard talked about the fact that there are battle rules in the upcoming new RQ. He says a bit about how they looked at the Pendragon battle rules, but those didn't really work for RQ because they were mostly about mounted knights with lances.
  15. Some more news this from Rick Meints at the "Quo Vadis, Chaosium?" seminar at The Kraken, 8th October 2016 : The Guide will be shipping from the printers (to fulfillment warehouses) in about two and a half to three weeks. The same books will be present, but will be in a new 50th anniversary of Glorantha slipcase.

  17. The "hero" weapons for the close-up shots in those films were made by a swordsmith just like quality real swords, yes. But those weren't the ones used in simulated combat, the latter ones were case from urethane or similar.

  20. Any ideas on how we move this forward, from a list of questions with some unofficial answers, to an official errata list with answers? @David Scott you were involved with writing the book and have already kindly helped with some answers, any suggestions?
  21. It's all done, with a great influx of funds at the end. Update from Sandy on what happens next.
