That's really what the two Demon Lords from Plates 30 and 37 of the Cryptic Verses of the Yellow Calendar (GtG p.745-6) are doing. The twin phoenix eggs are just a ruse. In Plate 30, they are busy gathering the ingredients in the East Isles.
