  1. You think you are joking, but the spring water at Bath does taste terrible and also has a brain eating amoeba living in the old Roman plumbing.
  2. You missed this bit then. An accusation of racism is crossing over the line. The demand that Chaosium runs their creative process on Kralorela past someone of East Asian origin is crossing the line. I'm rather tried of self appointed moral arbiters seeking to draw artificial boundaries. The entirety of human history and pre history is full of technology, customs and religions spreading across the world, to the general benefit of the human race. The demand that everyone to stick to thier culture or be accused of culture appropriation is ahistorical and denies the human creative impulse and desire to explore.
  3. Please tell me what right you have to tell others what to do. You are the person trying to tell Chaosium what to do and accusing them of racism. I'm telling you that you have no right to tell anyone what to do.
  4. Yet another great write up, keep them coming.
  5. You have an overblown sense of your on importance. You not the moral arbiter of the universe and the world does not revolve around you and your observations. You don't get tell everyone else what they can or cannot create.
  6. No you are still saying that the creative process must be validated by race. That is the point you have made in every single post. You have demanded the right to censor on the basis of skin colour. You have decided that Chaosium writers are racists because they wrote a fantasy with elements of Chinese culture because they are not Chinese.
  7. I do have the chaos rune affinity.
  8. Your position is that the creative act cannot be valid unless you have the right colour of skin.
  9. You wont give a date even if I sacrifice a point of POW at sacred time?
  10. As @klecser says Bookhounds of London can be easily adapted. The the Trail of Cthulhu: The Final Revelation campaign is also adaptable
  11. Games Workshop produced Green and Pleasant Land, when they had the licence. It was a source book for Britain with 3 scenarios. The going rate on eBay is about £40. On drivethrurpg you can get kingdom of the blind, which is Chaosium's 1920-30s UK source book. https://www.drivethrurpg.com/product/82061/Kingdom-of-the-Blind?term=Kingdom+of+the+blind
  12. Here you go https://www.deviantart.com/tag/glorantha?offset=0
  13. It was a Kickstarter, I don't think there is a hard copy version available to non backers yet. There is a pdf version on drivethrurpg https://www.drivethrurpg.com/product/234701/PALADIN-Warriors-of-Charlemagne?cPath=74_5329
  14. Attributed to Tatius the Bright.
  15. Easy to solve, just ask Harrek yourself.
  16. Best of Gods the wide world over, Orlanth the great warrior, Who rules his kingdom wisely, Give me victories and be my shield Orlanth, Ernalda, Gods of the Air, Lend me your breath Ernalda, Shining among the goddesses, Look upon this land
  17. Harrek's hobby is to design woman's underwear.
  18. My memory maybe faulty, but isn't Natha, the name for the current incarnation of Sedenya?
  19. Thread derailment is an action of a trickster, so technically it's still world-centric. Well that's my story and I'm sticking to it.
  20. Must resist Must resist Ahh I failed my pedant roll. The word Tea comes from Chinese and into European languages via Dutch. The word was retrospectively applied to herbal infusions. That's much better, I can relax now.
  21. Similar to what I was thinking. I was looking at large scale fungal zoospores. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zoospore
  22. Green and Earl Grey tea is normally drunk without milk. In addition, lemon can be used instead of milk. The order in which the milk or tea is added is also important. Originally, low quality cups would crack if you put the tea in first. Expensive porcelain cups wouldn't, so the order in which you put the tea and milk in was a demonstration of status. Perhaps Malkioni caste rules on what order you can put milk in and the use of lemon.
  23. I suspect the monkeys are a reference to the PG Tip teabags adverts. They featured anthropomorphic chimpanzees on ads between 1956 and 2002. All other Gloranthan cultures are smorgasbord of bits of European, Middle Eastern, Indian, and Central Asian cultures. What's the difference?
  24. They found their inner wind and expressed it.
