  1. When I USED to play D&D I had a spirit shaman who could bring ancestor spirits back to inhabit dead bodies. This wasn't considered evil mechanically but still got grief from every single NPC... LOL
  2. Scooby and Shaggy could meet some of the old tentacled gods and after quite a nightmare realize they just got some bad marijuana. Er...I mean scooby snacks...

    A small adventure designed to be a stopping point along the road to greatness. On their way to a different destination, the adventurers stop at a fishing village to ressuply and discover the village has been the victim of goblinoid bandits. Up to now, they’ve only plundered merchant and supply wagons. Now two children have been taken from a local farm. The villagers fear the worst. Will the adventurers help rescue the children and end the goblin menace or raid the goblin hoard for their own lust of coin? 40 pages of maps and images made with NWN2 Toolset. A handfull of NPCs and Monsters for your PCs RPing pleasure, featuring a new critter from my Manual of Monsters II. (there are references to my upcoming Art of Alchemy supplement that has yet to be released but you don't need it to play)
  5. Almost done with a new adventure. It started out as another side-trek but kinda grew into something a little bigger(40 pages). Ive got to clean it up a bit before posting but heres a preview...   9. Sorry everyone's having issues. I, on the other hand, ordered Magic Book, and Enlightened Magic during their sale last month, and Chaosium was nice enough to send me 2 copies each! When honesty prevailed and I called them about it, they said keep them. WOO HOO!
  10. If these free projects help bring even one more player/chronicler in the Magic World fold, then it's worth it. (Especially if it rips them from Wizards D&D black hole)

  12. Started work on another side-trek today. It involves a surprise from my MM2 including goblins. No spoilers. LOL I wen thru and re-read some old school modules but can't figure out how to stream line it more and still include all the Information I want. Also, I really don't know any grammar majors so you'll have to put up with errors. Sorry..Accepting volunteers! Honestly, this one is gonna end up being a bit more than just a mini-mod, I think... 1 day of work and it's pretty involved and more complex than planned. We'll see. Should be fun! Still waiting for MW creators to offer me a triple digit salary Job. LOL. Practice practice practice.

  14. Personally for a larger or unique familiar I'd make the player sacrifice permanent POW points depending on familiar, but can quote no rule.
  15. I played an old marvel game that was cosmic powered and it worked out well. The biggest problem is balance. Especially if you have a GROUP of cosmic powered heroes. There's a reason why Superman doesn't team up often. He doesn't have to. There's a reason Superman doesn't go up againt the Riddler... squish. Having 4 Supermen teaming up would mean having 3+cosmic powered baddies. That much boom could be devastating to little old planet Earth. Lol. Of course there's exceptions that you, the GM can take advantage of. Like Lex Luther, who is a mere mortal, causes Superman a lot of grief and rarely destroys the world over it. Super Smart foes is probably a good way to go. Being the GM means the bad guys can ALWAYS be a step ahead of the supers. Just realized this doesn't help much... sorry. Perhaps one of the more genius BRP gods here will chime in. Have fun!
  16. Okay. Done with the alchemy draft. Just waiting on my illustrator for pics! Then format, clean it up, PDF it, and publish. WooHoo! Think I'll work on another side-trek mini mod while I wait for artistic representation.
  17. I would stock up on Southern Reaches campaign supplements... if they were being sold. Sadly there's just not enough MW players, of like mind, to hurry such projects. Spread the word peeps!

  19. Doesn't EVERYONE use miniatures? LOL. Just kidding. I personally use a TV to project my maps on for my players. I feel it helps with tactics and visualizing the scene. (And I enjoy making them) I appreciate the response. That's good useful feedback. Thank you. Could you give me an example as far as tightening up and standardizing the lay-out? I'm really interested in how I could make it more professional looking. I went through and read some old school mods prior to starting this and tried to mimic parts of their layouts I liked.Maybe I should take another look....
  20. How would you do the layout differently? I'm definitely interested in any way it might look better. I absolutely loved making these and want to make more. But ive no experience with actually putting modules in my mind to paper, so all criticism is welcome.
