  1. SRP for the slipcase has been known since 1st of October. Juste a quick search on a search engine leads for example to: https://acddistribution.blogspot.com/2018/10/new-runequest-roleplaying-in-glorantha.html And for coupons value, easy to guess: just add what you paid for pdfs or divide RSP by half if you bought all 3. Anyway, it's cheap for the content!
  2. As said, TGS is not linked to any system so it is applicable to whatever rules you want to play in the world of Glorantha. Best for you to read a detailled content review such as excellent: https://elruneblog.blogspot.com/2018/09/review-of-glorantha-sourcebook.html
  3. Gary Gygax was against crits and fumbles. But fans proposed them in D&D as soon as 1975: http://playingattheworld.blogspot.com/2013/09/the-first-critical-hits.html
  4. For info, question has been already asked here: https://basicroleplaying.org/topic/9238-shopping-advice/ I guess it depends on what you want: a fac simile or a bit more contents.
  5. Site has not been updated in a while. So ignore the TT part. I just sent an email directly asking for what was available (#3 & #4 at the time) and I eventually got them shipped from Finland.
  6. For info, I bought #3 & #4 directly from publisher at http://zin.kalikos.org/
  7. Issues #1 & #2 are also great. But they have to be found on second market. Too bad all Zin Letter issues are not available in pdf for those who don't already own them.
  8. As other towns, Alda Chur is coming from Greg's friend Allen Dalchur, according to a Greg interview in french magazine Backstab #23, Septembre/October 2000.
  9. For searches in The Guide, it is easier to join the 2 volume pdfs into an unique one and search inside of it. A whole Glorantha wide addendum for 1621-1625 years would also be nice 🙂!
  10. I'm afraid Content Guidelines have not been updated yet with foreign language rules...
  11. For info, for Chaosium.com pdf, lastest updates are: CHA4032_-_RuneQuest_-_Glorantha_Bestiary.pdf (29.30 MB) modified 10th of october. CHA4029_Adventure_Book.pdf (22.47 MB) modified 6th of october. CHA4029_RQ_GM_Reference.pdf (15.82 MB) modified 6th of october. As well as new versions of files: cha4029_colymar_clans_map-optimized.pdf cha4029_south_peloria_map.pdf
  12. I guess we now really need the launch of the Glorantha equivalent of the Miskatonic Repository on DriveThruRPG as: . Royalties to Chaosium are automatically managed . Print On Demand option has been recently activated
  13. Hum, since MiG2 , I'm not sure there has been a lot of english printed stuff with Glorantha content, outside the well known (Mongoose stuff, Unspoken Word, the Zin Letters, Hearts in Glorantha, Ye Book of Tentacles & Pavis & Big Rubble Companions). Too bad the fifteen Rule One issues and The Hanging Garden #4 Swenstown Special will not be included as they were not printed...
  14. For Refuge, I'm not sure a lot was shared outside: Rankan Empire = Lunars Beysibs = Waertagi Old french magazine Tatou #4 proposed a non canonical Refuge brithini controlled version (by Guillaume Fournier), where town was created by Eurmal and Labyrinth was a Desorder & Illusion magic place. I will try to dig it for further details. Map was also by Guillaume: . And I remember that Joerg wrote a piece expending Karse heortling roots on his old site
  15. New comers should also start by reading what is available online: https://www.glorantha.com/glorantha/
  16. So, what happened to what was decribed at https://www.glorantha.com/docs/seshnela-art-direction/ ?
  17. There is no blank area anymore. There is some info about Jarst and Garsting in the Guide. Some are given here by Jeff: https://forum.rpg.net/index.php?threads/glorantha-garsting.593492/
  18. To give new issues, we would also need the pdfs (at least Bestiary & Adventure book) matching the printed books. We don't have them yet...
  19. blue 19 - Spider Temple is above 37 - Troll Corner (very top, left)

  21. Frankly, just read the texts on the blog and after that, it is not really hard to guess who was the mysterious "lawspeaker" who wrote most of it 🙂 ! And fan policy on Chaosium site indicates people are not authorized to modify tumblr pictures by the way...
  22. http://glorantha.tumblr.com/post/102359163248/what-was-runesight-how-did-the-god-learners should help: > What was runesight? How did the God Learners attain it? Why does no one possess it any more? The RuneQuest Sight was the name for the magical methods of observation the God Learners used to study the world. They could see the underlying patterns and structures of the world, which they formalised into the Runes. The RuneQuest Sight allowed them to make great discoveries about the nature of the Otherworlds, the interconnectedness of mythology and the mechanics of Heroquesting. They developed the RuneQuest Sight through their unconventional and haphazard approach to Heroquesting. The nature of Malkionism and the Invisible God means that there aren’t really any Malkioni myths, so they had never really Heroquested before the Second Age. When the God Learner Collective was first formed, they weren’t travelling to any Malkioni myths but to the myths of the barbarian cultures they reviled. They didn’t recognise the srvuali as gods, and they didn’t understand the significance of the myths, so they were fairly ruthless and clinical about the whole thing. This at first went really badly for them, as they blundered into Heroquests and were forcefully ejected when they failed to take on any of the roles. It was even worse when they tried to kill their way through the myths with battle magic, an approach that saw them slaughtered by the demigod guardians of the gods. But they kept trying, building off of small successes, until they were able to develop powers like the RuneQuest Sight. Eventually, they had surpassed even Arkat in their talent for Heroquesting. The reason no one knows the secrets of the God Learners today is because of the Gift Carriers of the Sending Gods. When the Middle Sea Empire collapsed and the Otherworlds suddenly reverted back to the way they were before the God Learners started messing with them, the Gift Carriers entered Glorantha and killed everyone who knew the RuneQuest Sight. They were so thorough that there is no one alive today who knows the Sight.
  23. Just be aware that the map given in glorantha.com link above ( https://www.glorantha.com/docs/map-of-the-big-rubble/ ) is of far better quality (600 dpi) than the one in Pavis pdf...
  24. Very obscure sources talk about a Basmoli shrine 🙂 (HR picture here)
