You seem to have focused on PCs. I was actually thinking both PCs and NPCs. PCs -- the quest for the 'missing ingredient' can spawn a whole adventure NPCs -- on the contrary, trying to disrupt a lengthy ritual by an evil sorcerer could be an adventure in itself

OK... I have read the recent thread on parries and I am completely lost. WITH THE LATEST RULES AS WRITTEN: are there armour points for weapons/shields (I guess the answer is NO)? are there hit points? (yes) how does a weapon lose HP after a parry? please help... :confused:
